And this time, there were more participants than ever before! With no less than 42 new colleagues joining us, it marked the largest Experience to date, something to be proud of! Today marks one month at TalentBee, and if thereโs something the first month has shown, itโs that Iโm exactly where I want to be right now! ๐Apart from some on-going things my onboarding is done, I'm acquainted with our ways of working, and the everyday work life is rolling with the first client cases going in full speed. As a part of my one-month review with Saara, we went through my growth plan for the upcoming 6 months, and identified the focus points for my growth path towards acting as an interim TA Lead for clients. Clear action points make development much more structured, and also makes pursuing my goals a lot more motivating. It was also great to hear feedback from the rest of the team today, and hear that my work and input to the team and culture have been appreciated ๐ perhaps the greatest compliment is to hear the words โthank **** Sami came to work with usโ ๐ the feeling is mutual, and I have the greatest colleagues ๐ Itโs crazy how fast time flies, and how at the same time it feels like Iโve been here for much longer.
