#GenerativeAI capabilities come to Amazon QuickSight https://tcrn.ch/3rKP0NE The is to what extent QuickSight’s generative AI can be trusted not to go off the rails. Amazon makes the case that it’s built “using technology proven for years” delivered via Bedrock, the company’s platform that provides a way to build generative AI-powered apps via pretrained models from startups as well as Amazon itself. But color me skeptical. Given that even the best AI models today invent facts, exhibit biases and generate toxic text, QuickSight’s generative AI will be best used with a watchful eye. I agree !
