I wanted to take a moment to thank you all at the Lisbon team(many are missing in this picture) and APTIV graduate program for providing me with such a rewarding and memorable experience.During these periods, I was continually inspired by the dedication, professionalism, and passion of the team. The support and guidance I received from my colleagues were instrumental in helping me grow both personally and professionally. Talking a bit about my development and learning during these periods: Under Commercial strategy, with Paula Pires invaluable guidance, I developed a quantitative model for the selection of future opportunities/programs and established criteria for their evaluation, hoping it would become a standard project selection model for APTIV after some more developments and approvals. Learnt business and financial planning tools like Salesforce and Anaplan; contract management tool iCertis, of course a lot of hands-on still needed to master them. Followed a major sourcing project on the global level, under which learnt about quotation tasks such as cost calculation with brief understanding about : 1. Product engineering translating customer drawings into material lists and BOM; 2. Material cost calculations from suppliers; 3. Labor time calculations and required investments, taking into account the concept of allocating operations to different machines and considering customer required capacity and volume forecast, resulting in investment and floorspace requirements; 4. Logistics cost and flow definition for both inbound and outbound materials; 5. Planning to understand how the cash flows are calculated, considering different scenarios, after returning back to Italy. And most importantly, on the personal level I developed a very good relationship with the Lisbon team by understanding the complexity of their operations and the challenges they are facing. At the end, a special thanks to Paula Pires for all your guidance and support from day 1, you are an inspiring manager and true leader leading from the front in bringing productive operational changes in Aptiv and developing a very strong team with diverse backgrounds. I am going to miss you all and mostly Lisbon weather, hope to see you all very soon 🙏🙏🙏

Thank You, Telenor! 🙌✨   It's time to express my heartfelt appreciation to Telenor for the incredible years I've had the privilege of joining their team. 🌟   During my time at Telenor, I had the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the business world, collaborating on projects and achieving remarkable outcomes. 🌍📈   Cherished Memories & Lessons Learned! 🎉   Looking back - here are some of the lessons I have learned   👉 When great people come together, it is possible to achieve big goals, implement great solutions, and make things happen in a short time. 👉 The big impact of being 2 salespeople in a customer meeting, I got to sit and listen quietly for almost the whole meeting, with the result of understanding the customer's needs, in a way, I never understood was possible, before I tried it. 👉 Remember to never give up, even when the customer´s needs, seem to be impossible to solve. 👉 Always strive to overdeliver, when solving your customers' needs. Both the internal - in my case the sales account manager, and external customers. 👉 With a strong global and internal network, you can achieve remarkable accomplishments.   👉 How much you can grow and learn, in 3½ years when the company is giving you the opportunity and trust.   👉 Realizing that it is possible to get hired on Zoom and start remotely, even during a pandemic. The world has come so much closer after this.   As I reflect on this chapter, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible memories and invaluable lessons learned.   What are some of the invaluable lessons you have learned after leaving a company and reflecting on the time you spent there?

What a delightful surprise from Tata Neu - a symbol of growth, and nurture, much like the culture at Tata Digital. This surprise plant arrived just as I was deep into the pages of “#TataStories”, a book that reflects our rich heritage and the narrative of innovation that we’re all part of. It sits perfectly on my desk, amongst my favorite things: a good book, a symbol of care, and, yes—a nod to my downtime with the PlayStation. This gesture is a testament to the most important KPA for us, our Customer Satisfaction, that we, as Tata employees, strive to provide and also have the privilege to receive. It's a living reminder of our commitment to trust, positivity, and inclusion—a culture fostered by Sunandan Das Pavan Podila Sidhanshu Bansal Ankur Garg Janaki Naik who lead by example. As we celebrate reaching significant milestones in MarTech this year, overcoming challenges that seemed as arduous as they were rewarding, this little green friend stands as a metaphor for what we've built together: an environment where every individual can flourish.
