🔥 From Burning Platform to Burning Desire: Igniting Real-World Impact 🌍🚀 Let me share some of the most important highlights from todays TechBBQ where we are talking about ESG, startups and building a sustainable future. In the digital era, it's not just about crunching numbers; it's about creating real change. Data is important in the proces, but action is the destination. 💡 Let's not forget that it is people who are driving changes. 🤝 Collaboration Catalyst: Innovation thrives when diverse minds collaborate. Multidisciplinary partnerships are the keys to progress 💼 But my experience is that they are not easy to make. It takes a high level of trust and alignment. But I am happy to hear that investors are looking for startups in partnerships where they can have a holistic approach to working with ESG. I, for one, am dependent on partnerships in the E part, and others depend on us in the S and G, and the overall strategy and change process. 💥 Startups: The Disruptors: We challenge the status quo with a new way of doing it. If we are to create the desired change, new thinking is needed. Social innovation is not something new, but it is challenging to obtain funding - it is somewhat abstract. Scaling a startup that works with social innovation opens up new investment opportunities that challenge a well-known logic but are a prerequisite for the future we want to develop. ⛓️ Transforming the Value Chain: What seems more simple from the top can be complex underneath. It's a shift that impacts every layer. 🔄 At Improve Business, we work with the complex layers of the value chains. There are no quick fixes, and the methods used in the country's largest companies cannot be applied to suppliers. An approach is needed that meets the companies in the value chain where they are, but also where it is possible.
