One the most useful tools not taught in Nursing school, & I would arguably say is critical to clinical Quality, is 5S Methodology, & Nurses are both the frontline & backbone of healthcare to utilize & implement it. In 21yrs of direct patient care Nursing, with certifications in both clinical & Quality specialties, I can confidently say Quality knowledge, particularly Lean principles makes a significant impact both in the quality of healthcare services provided, & in mitigating healthcare worker stress & burnout. Nurses, if you dont learn Lean, or at very least 5S, both you & your patients suffer for it.

I love the continuous learning and skills I have obtaining since 2019. I have exceled and trippled earnings.
