TLDR; After an incredible 5-year journey with the amazing team at Orange Cyberdefense, I've made the hard yet necessary decision to resign to take on the fulltime role of CEO of self and rebuild for the future🙂 --- As I reflect back on the years spent here, my heart is brimming with gratitude and emotions. I've had the privilege to build an exceptional team, hire, coach and work with a laundry list of MVP's in this line of business, launch and drive entirely new lines of business, initiate and lead a lot of challenging initiatives and contribute to the development of fantastic software products and services. Though I'll be stepping back, my heart will live on with and for the Data Tribe, and my belief in CCA for Splunk remains unwavering...it actually feels unreal to write these words, but it is what it is. While not everything may have turned out according to plan (who cares about plans anyways; planning and execution is everything) there has always been really valuable lessons derived from taking these bold decisions we´ve made, and independent of their ultimate success or not, we´ve all became stronger for it. To each and everyone of you who took part in this chapter of my life, my sincere thanks! No one named, no one forgotten - you know who you are. I've learned from incredible mentors and, I hope, also left a lasting impact to the better on both the organization and its people in return. Also a special thank you goes out to our partners (especially #splunk, love you!) and customers - without you, our achievements wouldn't have been impossible. After being so deeply immersed in our journey for such an extended period, I have decided to cut it clean and simply let go - something that has been an extremely hard and long fought process - and focus on myself for a while. I´m right now in the process of offloading myself from work and talking to all the wonderful people I´ve come across; I´m overwhelmed by the support, encouragement and respect for my decision - it means more than you know Next I´ll begin the process of offloading work from myself - a bit daunting but exhilarating prospect! - to see what that looks like after all these years of focus and dedication...but super exciting too! I will fully indulge myself in training, learning and doing all the things built up on the to-do's and set goals that just ! I honestly don´t know what, when, where I´ll end up - but I´m pretty sure it will be all right :) No lastly; Don´t be a stranger - I know I wont - and reach out! I leave the company, but not the people - and good people tend to find each other again one way or another!
