We always have pictured AI as dominating and going rogue, erasing humans from the face of Earth. But I strongly believe in the supremacy God has given humans to rule the world. If the right strategy with the right framework and regulations set by the Government, AI can be a blessing in many ways. We should not forget the natural intelligence been given to us and always be in control. If the prime objective of any creation is clean and good, everything is going to work together for the betterment of the World. Yes, AI may not be good at everything. But certain tasks cannot be handled by humans, we need extra support. AI is excellent to dashboard the data, but the final decision should be taken by humans. One such space where AI can excel is with the Human Resources team. I have been into recruitment as well; AI is definitely an additional hand for human resources to make crucial judgments right every time.
