SAP ABAP Technical Lead with BTP CPI at Answerthink

I'm having a great difficulty with porting phone number into Lycamobile, bought a phone plan form Lyca on May 16,2024 and tried to activate on May 21,2024 on iPhone 14 pro eSim since then it's not working.getting error Unable to activate eSim. The number is released from previous provider now for last 2 weeks my phone is not functioning neither with Lyca nor I can't go out and activate with new provider . Lyca customer service sucks. Every time I call I have to wait for 30 minutes to connect and they close previous ticket and create new ticket. Any ways to escalate??? I NEED MY NUMBER BACK . This is for my Son he need same number.( DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE IT) ๐Ÿ™

Please check with your marketing teams what they are doing . Thousands of clients leaving your company . Worst decision we all consumers will change our numbers but this stupidity will keep remember in history

Hi sir your team unnecessarily stopped my number I am using it from last 2 years they said I didn't call from last 95 days .
