LumaBridge Celebrates National Nurses Week! LumaBridge Community Spotlight: Nathan Ritter Nathan graduated from nursing school in 2016 and shortly after sat for his NCLEX and became a Licensed Practical Nurse. His clinical experience has ranged from drug and alcohol rehabilitation to long term care, to home health. He most enjoyed pediatric home health care specializing in the care of tracheostomy and ventilator dependent children. Nathan's love and caring approach with people is what drove him to pursue nursing to begin with.    In 2021, curiosity and interest in clinical research and clinical trials lead Nathan to increase his skill set in the area of Data Management. He joined LumaBridge in 2023. "I have never looked back and am so happy that I took yet another career building, positive step forward." LumaBridge Celebrates National Nurses Week! LumaBridge Community Spotlight: Sarah Freeman Sarah earned her BSN in 2009 and MSN in Clinical Trials Research in 2019. She has over 15 years of nursing experience in a variety of areas including Emergency/ Trauma, Critical Care, Post-Anesthesia Care, Cardiac, Oncology, and Clinical Trials. She has served in the US Navy Reserve Nurse Corps since 2012 and has deployed several times as an Emergency/ Trauma Nurse.   She transitioned from being an oncology infusion nurse, to an oncology research nurse/ coordinator, to a Clinical Research Associate in the clinical trials industry. Sarah has worked in the industry for over three years. She is a CRA for LumaBridge and is making tremendous contributions to our organization and community. If so, we want to hear from you! 🔍 What We're Looking For: ✔ Medical Writer Experience within the CRO Space: We're seeking candidates with hands-on experience in medical writing within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sphere, specifically focused in Oncology. This goes beyond academic writing. ✔ Proficiency in Clinical Study Reports: Experience crafting Clinical Study Reports is essential for this role, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Safety Narratives: Expertise in producing Safety Narratives for CSRs, Investigative Brochures (IB), Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), Clinical Protocols, and Protocol Amendments is a plus. ✔ Presentation Skills: Ability to create engaging and informative presentations to communicate complex medical information effectively. ✔ Collaborative Spirit: We value teamwork! The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with our Biometrics team to deliver high-quality deliverables. ✔ Compliance with GCP Guidances: Knowledge and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines are fundamental to our work. ✔ In-depth Understanding of ICH-3 and ICH-6: Familiarity with ICH guidelines, particularly ICH-3 (Structure and Content of Clinical Study Reports) and ICH-6 (Guideline for Good Clinical Practice), is highly desirable. ✔ Experience with Style Guides: Have you ever developed a style guide or written CSRs?
