"Build me a CRM!" We did it. Getting OriginAI, our #GenAI software building platform to build a #CRM has been our North star since we started on this journey a little under a year ago. The goal included the high bar of it being achievable based only on a non-technical, business level conversation with our AI architect. Our mission is to enable business users to build complex enterprise software without any technical knowledge. This meant it had to understand the requirement, build the software and deploy it into a production, #AWS cloud environment that it created. To get there we had to invent several new approaches, including one we call "Bounded determinism": a process by which we allow #GenAI models to be creative across some axis but on controlled rails in regards to others. We also gave it a facelift by including the excellent #TailwindCSS in it's capabilities. So everything looks slicker now. There have been occasional soul searching moments. Whole days passed with the new AI models performing so badly in putting together the jigsaw puzzle that is complex modern software that I felt they were actively mocking me and our goal.
