LHG meets TUM! 🚀 33 students of the TUM School of Management had a chance to pitch their innovative solutions to challenges of the aviation industry in front of Jens Ritter - CEO of the Lufthansa airlines - and other representatives of the Lufthansa Group. Over two months, committed Lufthansa Group mentors supported the students in developing solutions to important current topics of the aviation industry, such as changing customer needs or artificial intelligence. We appreciate their hard work, vision, and fearless approach to thinking outside the box. Their passion is truly impressive, showcasing the kind of innovative thinking that will drive our industry forward. After the pitches, the students had the exciting opportunity to join an insightful panel talk with dedicated Lufthansa Group employees. Their knowledge, insights, and passion for Lufthansa Group was palpable and truly appreciated by the students who asked burning questions about the working culture or job opportunities at the Lufthansa Group. The event was rounded off with special goodies, a photo booth where the students could capture this exciting day 📸 and a hangar tour with Lufthansa Technik. A huge thank you to all the students who participated and shared their brilliant concepts. We look forward to seeing how you will shape the future. Keep pushing boundaries and FLY BIG! #LufthansaGroup #OurPeopleAreOurBrand

CEO & Executive Chairman @RailEurope | Member of Advisory Board @IMO University of St. Gallen | Founder Mobility Allstars e.V
IAA MOBILITY or ZUKUNFT NAHVERKEHR? For me, that's the wrong question and yet it's currently being hotly debated in Germany, as two future-oriented events have taken place this week. The facts are relevant: #Mobility in the world is changing rapidly, more people are consuming more and more mobility, and lifestyles will change unstoppable. At the same time, from our Rail Europe perspective, there are big differences between people who live in #Europe, people who know Europe and visit it frequently, and people who plan to discover Europe. For this, we need as one building block globally convenient access and simplicity in European train booking, so we want to inspire people around the globe to choose the train as their favorite means of transport when traveling in and through Europe. This must be our contribution to a better tomorrow, and that's how we measure ourselves. For that, I was able to use the opportunities to give these relevant topics visibility at the #IAA. Dominik Ueblacker (#PWC), Judith Häberli (Co-Founder Urban Connect), #ChristianHöglmeier - thank you for the intense discussion on the future of (regional) public transport. Thomas Zimmermann, (CEO FREENOW) and it was fun to discuss the synergies from #MaaS and #TrainTravel from the perspective of our two companies in the live podcast at #VisionaryClub. At the same time I could hear from #ZNV23 in Berlin that my former #DB colleagues did a phenomenal job, it doesn't get better than that. Christine von Breitenbuch, Isabella Bayer, Rönke von der Heide, Christian Schaalo - thank you for your commitment to the right topics and your huge efforts. 🔝👏 I also look forward to incorporating all the impressions, possibilities and concrete actions into our joint mobility work at the IMO-HSG | Institute for Mobility. We have big plans! 😎 Andreas Herrmann Hans-Peter Kleebinder Matthias Ballweg Felix Kuhnert I'd love to hear your feedback on the event(s)! #MakingTrainTravelEasy #UnlockConnections #Future #Sustainability

Learning the art of saying ‘NO' without guilt. ⛔️👉 That’s one of the many learnings our System Architect Markus Pajumäki has uncovered at Airbus Finland. “Saying "yes" to everything that comes across your desk, you'll quickly find that you're busy doing many tasks outside your role and responsibilities”, Markus reminds. And there’s more! 📣 Value of communication 📣 “Good communication can prevent misunderstandings and help people work as a team allowing us to share our experiences and needs, which is important in any industry”, Markus says. 💡 You’ll never stop learning 💡 “After 16+ years at Airbus I can confirm that you learn something new almost every day”, Markus says. “Always be curious. Expanding your knowledge is an investment in yourself and it will help you become the professional you dreamed to be”, he adds. Do these insights resonate with you? Chief Business Development Officer @ Multibank Group | Retail Brokerage: CFDs, Stocks, Forex, Commodities, Cryptos
The 2nd day of our ESMT Berlin International Field Seminar in México began at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services México. It is impressive to see how a business model is implemented in different countries and regions of the world, with all the local and cultural differences and circumstances. With a GDP of USD 1.46 billion, Mexico ranks 14th in the world. With a population of 126.7 million, the GDP per capita is USD 11,270, putting it in 80th place worldwide. Therefore the opportunities and challenges are enormous!

Developing, Dynamizing, Managing and always Having fun with the International Business on Financing the R&D
In Ville Rose, there is no better place to start my particular Tour de France of the different offices that FI Group has in the country. Yesterday, I started in Toulouse, where we have a team of about 40-45 people in an office located in a technological park in the city, surrounded by many tech companies in the area. It's an incredible environment. Toulouse is a city worth visiting, especially if you're here for work. It's called the Ville Rose because of the color of its buildings, which are made of red brick. By the way, it is the capital of the southern region of France called Occitanie. This region extends from the Mediterranean to the Pyrenees, and on the other side of the Pyrenees is Navarre. From a business perspective, Toulouse is an important city in the aerospace industry. It is known worldwide for being the headquarters of Airbus, the company that built the famous #A380 airplane. It is also home to Astrium, Inc., a company that designs and builds satellites. Additionally, the city excels in sectors such as telecommunications, medicine, automotive, agri-food, electronics, and cosmetics. In Toulouse, you will find globally recognized companies such as Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Continental, Liebherr Aerospace and Transportation, and Overplast SARL, in addition to FI Group, of course. From our sector's point of view, it is important to highlight that France has good policies for financing R&D, innovation, and green policies. Some of these include the Research Tax Credit (CIR) and grants for industrial development and ecological transition. France has made a strong commitment to industrial and technological development, creating many opportunities. Next week, we will be visiting Nantes and Lille. #innovation #décarbonation #investissement #transitionenergétique Abbas DJOBO Sergio Caldeira Raphael Guglielmi Yannick Demay Jean-François NOUVEL

✈️ I'm very pleased to participate in the International Business Congress 2023 by İstanbul Nişantaşı University. ✈️ Such congresses are very productive in terms of both discovering new concepts in the field of business management and applying new business models in working life. ✈️ Contributing to our own working life by being insprired by new concepts and articals brought to academic life in such congresses is a really important process. ✈️ One of my primary goals is how the academic studies in the congress can be applied to the aviation sector and how they will be evaluated in this aviation field.

🚀 "Embarking on a journey of growth and collaboration." 🖊 Today marks a milestone for me as I share the success of two recent #Aftersales #Workshops at smart Europe GmbH. 📆 On the 4th and 5th of December, I proudly led our End-of-the-Year Aftersales Workshop, a testament to the power of collective dedication. The energy was electric, highlighting the strength of teamwork. 👨💼 Fast forward to the 11th and 12th of December, in my role as the Aftersales Project Coordinator Intern, I steered a dynamic cross-departmental gathering. Challenging? Absolutely. Rewarding? Infinitely. In collaboration with my fantastic colleagues, we worked to establish a consolidated cross-departmental cooperation model, charting a course for the future of smart's aftersales business. This journey has been transformative, both professionally and personally. Managing these workshops has been a stepping stone, and I'm excited for what lies ahead. As you can see in the picture, moments like these are captured memories of growth and achievement. Here's to embracing challenges, fostering collaboration, and carving out a path for growth! 🌟 #ProfessionalGrowth #CareerJourney #TeamworkTriumphs
