𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁! 🔗 Today's lunch break was a little more exciting than usual for our colleagues Hanna and Nicole. Although they are somehow colleagues, they didn't really know each other until now. With various departments and over 700 employees at our headquarter in Ahlen, this is not unusual. Both took the opportunity to take part in our ‘𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 & 𝗘𝗮𝘁’ programme, which encourages our employees in Ahlen to get to know each other and engage in interdisciplinary exchange. Everyone who wants to participate, is randomly matched with another colleague. 𝗗𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗳𝗳𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 🐶 After we received an application from "Ruby", a four-legged furry friend, last year, we passed on the idea of #officedog to our colleagues in order to capture the internal mood on this topic. With the result that the majority of employees were in favor of this topic or open to it, we started a small test run last year. It was so successful that we are looking forward to continuing to enjoy working with our fluffy colleagues. It's great to see how office dogs are not only a real enrichment for the working environment, but also bring a refreshing change to the often stressful working day. Ruby, Elska, Marley and Lou are definitely experts in team spirit and add an extra boost of positivity to each day. #workenvironment #worklife #loveofanimals #wearemore

𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗻!☀️ 2,500 photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roofs of our aloe vera production and logistics facility in Ahlen. With a total capacity of 999 kWp, we can now not only cover a large part of our own electricity requirements, but also make a contribution increasing the proportion of renewable energy in the local energy grids. For us, this is a big step towards reducing our ecological footprint. And that is by far not everything. We are constantly developing new ideas saving resources in a sustainable way.
