At our most recent Employee Central (EC) User Group Meeting, we heard from Cori Ames, a Business System Analyst at Ball Corporation. They went live with SAP SuccessFactors in June 2020 in 28 countries and 20 languages, which included the following modules: EC, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Development, Succession, Reporting and Learning. Cori highlighted some of the features she loves using most in EC, including: · Internal Job History Portlet: Enables HR to easily identify an employee’s key career events without having to sift through miscellaneous data changes. · Mass Data Management: A UI based solution they use to perform bulk changes to data on positions. · Business Rules: Utilized to help with their data integrity. Looking ahead, Ball Corporation is eager to explore new functionalities, such as implementing Onboarding 2.0 and learning more about Joule, with a continual focus on improving data accuracy. Brenda shared valuable insights into their New Career Site Search implementation, which is transforming how they connect candidates with the right opportunities. When I am not working, you can find me outside 🌳🍂. Spending time in nature has become a non-negotiable for me these days. I prioritize daily walks to explore and connect with the earth, which helps to regulate my nervous system and calm a sometimes anxious mind. I also do my best thinking when I am out and about.
