Instead, they excel in understanding human behavior and needs. My journey through roles at Twitch, from a non-technical position to a software engineer and senior program manager, has taught me the value of empathy and human-centric design. • Engaging with creators taught me the importance of intuitive tool design. • Leading the 'First 100 Days' onboarding program highlighted the need for accessible and supportive learning environments. • Developing internal tools wasn't just about coding efficiency; it was about enhancing team collaboration and productivity.
