We were at #CANNRA in Minneapolis this week! Cannabis Regulators Association (CANNRA) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(4) association of government agencies engaged in cannabis and cannabinoid regulation. CANNRA's mission? To convene, educate, and support governmental jurisdictions responsible for implementing cannabis and cannabinoid policies and regulations. They achieve this by bringing together diverse stakeholders from the cannabis, cannabinoid, and hemp industries to discuss key regulatory and policy issues with CANNRA members. Leafwell's Research Director Mitchell L. Doucette, PhD, MS, was on a panel at this morning's breakout session, "How do Policies Affect Patients? Scientific and Policy Insights on Patient Outcomes and Access to Medical Cannabis and Cannabinoids."
