Please review request #2500000152321159. The employee "Trần Châu" has been irresponsible in misclassifying my complaint, deliberately NOT assisting me, continuously providing meaningless responses, and arbitrarily CLOSING the case without resolving ANY issues! This is not an "Off Platform Transaction - Off-platform transaction / Seller delivers separately." This is entirely a fraudulent transaction conducted through LAZADA's platform! The seller fabricated a real order on Lazada and then came to deliver it to take my money! Lazada is trying to evade responsibility for disclosing my information and not supervising the use of customer information to place orders?!

Lazada Alan Chan Seems like your platform is very comfortable with selling counterfiet items. And when the same is raised via your return policy, your customer service rejects it without even checking with buyer. Is it to be considered that Lazada is a platform for counterfiet items? If yes, please make it clear on your homepage so that ppl don't waste money
