3wA great networking event! Thank you to Hannah Thompson, the La Fosse team and the panel. Interesting to learn that Gartner (2024) have confirmed that 89% of CPOs see their number 1 priority as increasing their investment in tech and this has remained the same for the past 3 years. It was also helpful to learn from the panel how AI is currently being used by HR departments rather than crystal gazing at how AI can potentially help HR departments in the future.
