In partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), we launched the Mentoring Circles Programme to empower the confidence, self-efficacy, and employability of young people. Over three sessions, jobseekers collaborated with mentors to identify strengths, enhance problem-solving abilities, discuss aspirations, and chart their career paths. Currently, all participants are receiving ongoing mentoring from KPMG professionals to further strengthen their skills. Huge thank you to DWP and our dedicated mentors for their invaluable support. In late May, we embarked on a challenging yet exciting journey to the world of the digital citizen and showcased the results of our Citizen Experience Excellence research and uncover the experiences captured in the survey in the most immersive way. We are thrilled to have partnered with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as part of the Mentoring Circles Programme, leveraging positive role models to help young people boost their confidence, self-efficacy, and employability. Together, we empowered jobseekers to aspire to careers in organisations they once thought were out of reach. We hosted 3 engaging sessions where participants worked with experienced mentors to discover their personalities, learn effective problem-solving strategies, discuss future aspirations, explore practical steps to achieve their goals, and ultimately help shape their futures. All participants are now enrolled in mentorship with KPMG professionals to continue developing their skills and have access to valuable advice whilst on this journey.
