Spent the day with Don Rudie visiting a few of our clients!! We had great conversations regarding #technology, & THEIR business. We discussed how they’re utilizing technology to get ahead in their respective sectors, their 5 year plan and their business model! How often do you meet with your clients just to hear what’s going on in their world, understand what projects they are working on, and find out what their priorities are, etc? Do you even KNOW your clients? Don’t say, “Of course, I’ve had my clients for 30 years”…That doesn’t mean you KNOW them!! 😂 To be successful in sales, IMO, you need to go the extra mile to invest the time and energy into getting to know your clients. The goal is to gain an in-depth understanding of what they do on a day to day basis so you can decipher if you have a product or service that can help solve some sort of challenge they’re having. Otherwise, how can you actually provide #value with your solution? 🤔🤔 #saleseffectiveness #salesenablement #salescoach #sales
