As we gear up for the first long weekend of the summer and (hopefully) the weather invites us outdoors, I'm energized by the wellness wave sweeping through our social scenes. Seeing the shift from alcohol to healthier, mindful choices and the study published on Wednesday and reported on by Axios, fills me with hope. It speaks volumes about our collective commitment to well-being, especially among my generation and those a little younger. Our social moments are evolving, choosing health without losing the essence of togetherness. From non-alcoholic refreshments to mindful cannabis use, it's about wellness choices that uplift us all. Kiva Brands, Inc.'s research from earlier this year spotlights a shift from cocktails to cannabis edibles, highlighting a move towards healthier choices. (https://lnkd.in/gBBSiWP4) As we observe these evolving consumer preferences in our personal lives this long weekend, what trends are you noticing in your circles? How are shifts in wellness influencing your choices and offerings? #Wellness #HealthyChoices #MindfulCelebration https://lnkd.in/gVTsgaS7

Great insight. Education is still key with getting new users to transition. I am seeing an increase in NA consumption in my circles to balance out their alcohol consumption. This tends to be an NA of the same brand they usually drink (eg, Guinness 0.0). They still like the habit of drinking, however. Old habits die hard. Crossfading with cannabis is increasing, and cannabis-infused beverages are building greater awareness. It will take time, but IMO cannabis-infused beverages will continue to take a greater share of buzz as consumers are exposed to more alternatives and distribution channels open up.
