The I-15 Tropicana Design-Build Project in Las Vegas is nearing its final stretch, as crews are on track to finishing the project's third phase this fall. Our foundations team on the project recently completed a major milestone, pouring out all drilled shafts greater than 1 meter in diameter. The remaining drilled shafts are expected to be complete by the Fourth of July. The existing Tropicana Ave. bridge was demolished in February, and the new bridge is scheduled for completion this winter. Other improvements include adding HOV ramps, replacing the existing flyover and modifying the signalized intersection and configuration of Dean Martin Drive and Tropicana Ave. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2025.
Interested, crane ops
