Thank you to everyone who joined our break-out session at the Pensioen Pro annual conference on 18 June, themed: Countdown to the future. In partnership with Deloitte, we hosted an insightful session on "Improved customer experience in the pension industry: the role of data-driven participant interaction." We are proud to share that our break-out was a great success with more than 90 attendees! During our break-out, we highlighted the extensive administrative and interaction-based participant data we have available. While being mindful of GDPR and legislative compliance, we recognise the potential for our customers to leverage this information to optimise processes for operational excellence and enhance their customer experience. Our partner Deloitte showcased an AI-driven chatbot that reduces the load on the contact centres of pension funds following the WTP transition (the new Dutch pension system), exemplifying the practical applications of AI in the life and pension industry. Vitality remains a top priority for Keylane Life & Pension! We had the pleasure of participating in a spinning event, guided by professional instructor George Herschel. Known for his energy and expertise, George led us through an intensive yet highly enjoyable spinning session. The effort was heavy, but the atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone gave their best. Subsequently, we are committed to creating Social Impact by supporting those less fortunate in their health. By aiding individuals suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy, we aim to enhance their treatment and, hopefully, contribute to finding a successful cure. Engaging in these efforts and supporting our community fosters the right endorphins! It was a day full of effort, teamwork, and new experiences. We are looking forward to more upcoming events later this year, including a football tournament at De Kuip in Rotterdam, a beach volleyball tournament, DHL Run in Copenhagen and the Singel Loop in Utrecht.
