🏳️🌈 This month, our sites across the world showed up to support our vision for an inclusive Kerry, where everyone can bring their true self to work. Our teams organised and participated in many Pride activities throughout the month, from educational sessions to celebratory events: ➡️ The Intersex-Inclusive Pride flag was proudly raised at over 70 Kerry sites worldwide. ➡️ We promoted a series of educational webinars around important topics such as 'Raising Children Without Gender Bias' and 'LGBTIQ+ Communities and Their Rights'. ➡️ Our teams have been actively participating in Pride parades in their cities and local communities. ➡️ We sponsored the Celebration of Courage Gala hosted by Outright International, which aims to strengthen the capacity of the LGBTIQ+ human rights movement, document and amplify human rights violations against LGBTIQ+ people, and advocate for global inclusion and equality. ➡️ And much more, all promoted and supported through our employee network group, 'PRYSM' which since 2019, has helped us amplify the stories, initiatives and concerns of our LGBTIQ+ colleagues and allies. The celebrations this month are just a highlight of the work we do year-round. As proud members of the Partnership for Global LGBTIQ+ Equality, we will continue to do everything we can to ensure safe working spaces that promote dignity, equality, visibility and representation for the LGBTIQ+ community. #TogetherWithPride #Pride #Pride2024
