⚡Welding Table with Fume Extraction💨 German Welding Tools GmbH has built an awesome welding table using the extraction system and the expertise of KEMPER GmbH. The model in the video extracts the dangerous welding fumes directly at the source as they are produced. They optimized the extraction to work up to 50 cm with evenly distributed extraction power above the perforated table. Yet, it does not affect the welding process by pulling away the shielding gas that you encounter problems while welding. 🔗 GWT website: https://2ly.link/1yQvv 🔗 Kemper website: https://2ly.link/1yQwb #Welding #WorkSafety #Construction #WeldingSafety #FumeExtraction #SafetyAtWork #StaffHealth #WorkerHealth #FumeProtection #FluidDynamics #FumeDynamics #Fume

IMO it may not be suitable for welding as the welding fumes being hot tend to rise up and it is easier to capture them from the top. For them to be sucked from the bottom it would require high vacuum system which could result in sucking out the shielding gases also and compromising the weld quality.

It's a great design hopping good filters for flags and dust will be invented as soon the design is released👌

Fake news! With real hot welding fume this will definitely fail without extraordinary huge airflow!

Good idea and, probably, will leave the surroundings cleaner but I need to appoint that it may need a cyclone type particle separation system to work better without quickly saturating the filters (if fitted) .

I am worried about my knees under the table. Seems this version is not so ergonomic.
