Through sophisticated sentiment analysis on social media, DigitalMR's listening247 technology precisely predicted the ranking of political parties, which had a big impact on the 2024 South African elections. The technology examined data from social media sites like Facebook and Instagram, highlighting important voter concerns including employment and corruption, using more than 100 unique machine learning models.
