Hugely exciting AI application from our friends at Avid for mundane tasks in post workflow. “Embedding space models are used to convert text, video, or audio objects into a vector database”. “When we look at the semantic embeddings’ core technology underneath, this is where the association of multiple pieces of audio, video, etc., all come together”. What does that mean? It means that in addition to searching regular metadata, we can also search for any audio or video on a particular subject, throwing up many more results which would otherwise never have left the b-roll bin. https://lnkd.in/evSZdnmt
