CCW is the flagship event of the customer service industry in the DACH region. For us at Parloa and many others, it's a big milestone - and highlight - every year. Recently, I had the privilege of being appointed to the CCW Advisory Council (Messebeirat). This council gathers industry representatives to share feedback, exchange fresh ideas, and bring new perspectives to the table—ensuring CCW continues to be the top event for the industry and stays ahead of the curve. 💡↗ Last week, we had our first council meeting for #CCW2025 at the Management Circle HQ near Frankfurt. It was a great experience collaborating and discussing with six other industry experts.
