I’m trying to live the dream of operating a Jewish deli on the side. I love meeting so many folks from my neighborhood during the farmers market season. It’s face-to-face, no Zoom. January 14 is National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. These days of appreciation are a great way to promote your business. That being said, we made hot pastrami sandwiches — and had a flash sale.
