And so it begins…a new role as active JOB SEEKER. My year of primary parenting, owed to my layoff from Havas shortly after our arrival here in Boston, is in the books. Summer camps and after-camp childcare (and after-school care for the fall) now successfully situated. And after unsuccessfully fending off the tears from my daughter’s Kindergarten year-end slide show, I am officially shifting my focus to hunting for a new full-time role. My experience in Marketing focuses on delivering #KPI growth by balancing art and science: #creative + #commercial. Check my recos for further insight. 20+ years of progressive client-side leadership in #footwear, #apparel, and #fashion; I’ve overseen support for #retail businesses topping $1B in annual volume, rebuilt omni-channel brand architecture and #sales strategy, as well as built niche #DTC brands and businesses in the #luxury space from the ground up. And most recently, success on the #agency side integrating client #media and commercial strategy to grow both portfolio and client business, #direct and on #platform. Verticals include #bevalc, #footwear, #electronics, #wellness, and #pharma. No external recruiters Must be able to come into the Boston officer 3 days a week    What We are Looking For   The Talent Manager serves as an HR subject matter expert to managers while managing day-to-day Talent/HR functions. A key member of the HR team, this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent management, combined with the ability to effectively handle operational tasks to ensure a smooth HR function.
