Well said, Jonathan Javier💡. I hired my team regardless of their physical location. As a leader, our work is full remote. I trust my team and they are productive, flexible, satisfied and value the job. It comes with challenges but I provide the necessary support and technology to make remote work successful. To add up, as a leader here are some habits to be an effective leader: -Lead by Example -Provide Training and Resources -Acknowledge Achievements -Promote Work-Life Balance -Address Issues Promptly -Accountability Developing these habits can help you become a more effective leader and create a positive impact on your team and organization.

A toxic leader is like a drop of poison in water. It slowly spreads and everyone in the team can feel and see the impact. It's hard to watch especially when you are on the sidelines and can't help. It's so important to empower, trust and support your team. A leader and a team have shared goals. It's hard to hear when people are proud to be micromanagers, refuse WFH and show favoritism. It slowly dwindles the team leading to absenteeism and turnover.

Two quotes beaten into my head as a young Officer Candidate early in my military career illustrate all the basic leadership skills you'll ever need to be effective. Worth's Battalion Order Schofield's Definition of Discipline I can still rattle them off completely from memory now 40 years later You can find them both here - https://www.west-point.org/academy/malo-wa/inspirations/buglenotes.html
