😎 Today let's talk about our Executive Project Coordinator Lodovico Graepel😎 Lodovico is responsible for transversal and international projects. He moved to Milan 10 years ago for his university studies, he graduated in managerial economics and started his career in a multinational company. Later, he realized that the startup environment was his niche and founded his own in the smart-mobility sector first, before joining Joinrs. He describes himself as a huge tennis fanatic and a 'decent' player (we can agree on that).

😎 Let's talk about Maura Bonelli, Business Development Manager in Joinrs 😎 She has worked for more than 8 years in Italian and International startups and scaleups, all sharing the mission of bringing innovation to companies. Engineer by training and Sales by passion for almost 20 years, in her spare time she loves going to the theater, playing sports, reading novels and taking long walks at the seaside, where she lives with her husband and two children. She used to act in the theater with her theater company and write short stories, who knows, maybe one day she will resume doing so 😉

😎 Let's get back to our team, today it's all about Ilaria Scioni, our Community Manager 😎 She describes herself as a serial chatterbox passionate about stories: books, movies, TV series, advertisements. She loves kindness and believes in the power of words, and, because of this, she will always try to help you: by e-mail, in person or during her special one-to-one consultations.

🔥 Joinrs in Rome: HR friends, there are no taboos among us 🔥 We like to talk, to tell, to engage. And at the Fig Bar-just where 10 years ago the first dreams and mechanisms of our startup materialized-we met old and new HR connections. 🍝 Amatriciana is a must, and it's always great, but we needed ... unconventional, so the dinner turned into the smiles of those who had their portraits taken by Eli, a very good illustrator, into those who raised their glasses to toasts, into the widespread cheerfulness of a nice “Taboo” HR version, and into a new experience, both for them and for us. It was special: we write this from the train taking us back to Milan, knowing that when we want it again all we have to do is simply take the backward route.

💃 Joinrs' Talent Show: will we open it to the public from the next edition? 🕺 We cannot yet assure that, what is certain, however, is that the office lends itself to the most bizarre and entertaining shows. We were joined by just about everyone here in Milan, so we welcomed our colleagues from the rest of the world with an unpredictable show. Fifteen performances: from dancing to singing, via stand-up comedy, quizzes, imitations, drone and crochet demonstrations, and recipes in the kitchen. The jury gave its verdict: Joinrs won, us that met first and got to know each other better later. -- Martina Mattone closed and stole this talent with a T-Rex performance. But success is about creativity, about putting yourself out there, about talent... that knows no languages or, if it does, it surely knows at least one more than we do :)

🤗 Vinicius Cornetto de Freitas is now part of the Joinrs team! 🤗 Originally from Campinas, this Italian-Brazilian brings all his enthusiasm to the Business Development team in London. With a professional background that includes experience in partnership development, operations and strategic planning, he recently completed his master's degree in International Relations and Democratic Politics at the University of Westminster in London. When he is not working, you can find him immersed in his passions: exploring cultures around the world and learning new languages. Which one do you think is next?

🤗 Ciao Thomas Gigante, welcome to the team 🤗 Thomas, born and raised in the UK, recently joined us as a Business Developer, directly from our new London office. Previously, he spent 3 years in Executive Search in London. He moved to London in 2021 after graduating with a degree in Business and Management from the University of Kent. Outside of work, he loves going to the gym and exploring new countries around the world. We asked him how he felt about starting this journey with us...his smile, and the big blue eyes he holds, speak for themselves :)
