Employment searching for my next leap for my career due to company lay offs. Single Family Property Management is my niche, although I do know Multifamily, Data entry, Client Service, CSR, Resident Retention, Customer Retention and Care, Operations support as well. I am completely open to switching things up this year, maybe it was my calling???? But I am very eager to find out what lies ahead. Whether it be personally working with residents, clients, or customers, my comfort level is superb. Need someone that has trained on many different CRM, Property Management, Sales, CSR Platforms? I have enjoyed seeing the many different the perks in them all. I have trained, and I have been trained. I work amazing well independently, and excel in a team environment where collaboration takes place. I prefer hybrid for that nice mix in the middle, but for remote and on site, my drive takes me there. I am open and excited to begin hearing ideas and opportunities come my way>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 🚗 🏢 🏡 🌐 💻 ☎ Whether it be remote, hybrid, or on site, I am flexible. #nowhiring #unemployed #newcareeropportunities #newbeginnings #singlefamily #singlefamilyhome #rentalproperties #telecommunications #recruitingnow #recruiters #dataentryjobs #hybrid #remoteopportunity #remotejob #promote

Community Manager | Social Media Manager | Customer Support | Cybersecurity | Web3 | NFT | Crypto | GameFi
Autoresponders to the Rescue. Day 9️⃣7️⃣ of posting till I get a community management/customer rep. job!!! Hello LinkedIn for Recruiters and Hiring Managers, I’m trusting you to connect me to my next role. A company was planning a website maintenance and created awareness about it but were still worried about people who won’t get the update, customers trying to use the website and getting an error message might create panic and FUD. The community manager decided to set up an autoresponder to cater for the numerous messages that will be coming in. He drafted predefined system maintenance messages to get sent whenever someone made an enquiry on the company’s various social platforms. An autoresponder is a feature that automates replies triggered when someone sends you a message. Usually, autoresponders are triggered as responses to another message. To do this, you must enable the autoresponder and draft a predefined message that will automatically get sent. For example, you can set up a system maintenance or closed-on-weekends message when you are maintaining your website or when are closed during the weekend. So, if someone contacts you during that time, your autoresponder will automatically send them a message indicating that you are away at the time. Over the next few days, we’ll be dissecting autoresponders together, the pros and cons, differences between autoresponders and automation, different autoresponders for different platforms, etc. Stay Tuned❤️ #CommunityManagement #remotejobs #remotework #remote #wfhjobs #hiringnow #hiring #talentacquisition #jobs #web3jobs #NFTjobs #cryptojobs #opentowork #recruiters #hiringmanagers

[rare serious post!] I don't mention it much here, but along with being a shitposter and product manager, I'm also a dad. And thanks to Republican politicians, my oldest daughter is no longer able to get affirming healthcare in this state. So we're planning to relocate and move to somewhere that passes laws to protect kids rather than harm them. My partner (Alyssa) is looking for part-time or contract work to help us get some extra funds for this unplanned move. I know that remote positions are wildly in demand right now, so I'm sending out this little post to see if i can turn shitposting into money (via a referral). If you know of someone who is hiring remotely for an Admin Assistant/Data Entry/Project Planning/Grant Writing/similar type roles, part time or full-time, please reach out to me with info! Alyssa also welds, is an excellent barista, can mix tea, and cook, but those are much harder to do remotely so we're scoping the jobs to more feasible goals. Trying to be practical here. Anyways, thanks for reading, and if you live in a state with a trans ban, please see if there are orgs that are fighting for/with trans kids, the impacts of these bans are not theoretical, kids will be harmed in so many ways while these laws stand.

Business Organizer: I work with small growing companies who are struggling with organization and workflow. I help them become more efficient and systematic in order to be more profitable.Co-founder of ProjX
PSA to business owners hiring for a remote position: Make sure they have the skill set for the job position, And they’re not just interested because: ✅ It’s flexible ✅ They can work from home ✅ They don’t want to commute ✅ And other fun things like grabbing snacks all day 🤪 It’s okay to want those things in a job, But it can’t be the only reason you want to be remote. Even for something as simple as data entry, If they aren’t detail-oriented and willing to do the same thing hours at a time, It’s not a good fit! So make sure to vet their skill set, personality type, AND preferred working style before you hire them. Of course, those are all things we vet candidates for at Careerly, *Before* they’re even sent on for our clients to consider interviewing. #business #integration #systems #software #projx #careerly

Apostle of the Data Agnostic|Champion of Clients|Eternal Student of Tech|Seeker of Challenges|Master of Comic Relief|Tamer of Lions
Jane-of-All-Trades, Master of None 🤹♀️ I've done everything from customer service to data analysis to technical support. I'm a self-proclaimed expert in everything and nothing at the same time. But what I am truly good at is helping people. I love solving problems and making people's lives easier. That's why I'm looking for a new role in technical customer success. I know what you're thinking. "How can someone who is a master of none be good at technical customer success?" Well, I'm here to tell you that I can. Because I'm a Jane-of-All-Trades, I have a broad understanding of how businesses work, the data behind them, and how technology can be used to solve problems. I'm also a quick learner and I'm always eager to learn new things. Drinking from the firehose while hitting the ground running, being thrown into the lion's den, sink or swim...you get the gist. Most importantly, I'm looking for a challenging role that pushes me to learn new things. I want to work on projects that are complex and innovative. I want to work with people who are smarter than me and who can teach me new things. So if you're looking for a technical customer success guru who is adaptable, efficient, and always up for a challenge, then I'm your gal. I'm also available for hire immediately, so what are you waiting for? Bonus points: 🏜 My sense of humor is drier than the New Mexican desert I grew up in...in a good way (levity is our friend). 🔎 If I don't know the answer now, I will find it. 🤾♀️ I'm a team player, but I'm also not afraid to speak my mind. 📣 I am my peers' biggest cheerleader/pep talk giver/hype woman, ask any of my past coworkers. If you're interested in hiring me, please send me a message with your job posting and I'll be happy to apply. P.S. Why doesn't anyone ever ask me about being a Tamer of Lions from my headline? 🦁 ♌ #opentowork #opentoconnect #technicalcustomersuccess #customersuccess #technicalaccountmanager #customersuccessengineer #solutions
