Johnson Electric is a proud supporter of the 2024 World Day for Safety and Health at Work! At JE, the health, safety, and well-being of our team members stand as our highest concern. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees across the globe. Our comprehensive three-step health and safety program empowers every employee to actively detect, report, and address potential safety issues, including near-misses and on-site hazards. The launch of our “Healthy@JE” wellbeing initiative has introduced a range of outstanding programs aimed at enhancing the physical and mental health of our staff. We’re pleased to report that our Lost Time Accident (LTA) rate and Recordable Injuries (REC) rate are well below the industry’s average*.   Additionally, we’re participating in Europe’s Safety Agency EU-OSHA “Healthy Workplaces Campaign,” advocating for increased safety awareness at work, guided by 2023-2035 theme “Safe and healthy work in the digital age”. We extend our commitment beyond just today, marking the entire month of June as our Safety and Wellbeing month. Safety and well-being are ingrained in JE’s culture. Keep an eye out for further announcements as we remain focused on our employees’ welfare and continue our efforts to foster a safer work environment. #JE #JohnsonElectric #WorldDayforSafetyandHealthatWork #EmployeeWellbeing #SafetyCulture #BuildingPositiveCulture *Source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, incidence rates of nonfatal occupational injuries and illnesses by industry and case types for motor and generator manufacturing (NAICS code 335312).
