In my opinion, further, there is need to bring those in the aviation space, educationalists, others in the education value chain, and academics to work together and provide a simple implementable program that is suited for the early learning age group. Second, the output of such a program must be malleable young persons which the aviation system can readily further develop through and qualify in the various fields in aviation and be pilots, maintenance engineers, air traffic controllers and other aviation professions. Specialist agencies of the UN responsible for children, aviation and other related areas must continue to weigh in. The tier below UN agencies at continental level, for children and aviation, must continue to provide leadership and rally all of us around the iniative. Member States, too, together with their State agencies responsible for children and aviation must play their part. Learning institutions, aviation stakeholders such as aircraft and associated aircraft equipment manufacturers, airlines, airports, ANSPs and others must collaborate and add value of specialization. The community that fund education must continue to a play their role with regards availing grants and scholarships in order to achieve the set goals. There is no shortage of leaders be it at global or continental level. Nor in various member States. Nor in CAAs, Airports, ANSPs. Nor is there shortage of leadership in Airlines and other associated aviation and non aviation related areas. Therefore, failure is not an option. The work is cut out for us all to address the huge disparity in gender numbers, intake of young people and other issues in the aviation space. Therefore, we need all to work closely with resolve and untiringly. Its not going to be a sprint to get us where we would like to be, but we have what it takes. Not one person has all the answers or ideas, but together we will have the answers to do justice to the work before us. The call to those of us who have walked this path before, is to hold our hands and provide leadership. It is recognised that excellent programs are already running out there and producing excellent numbers accross the gender divide. We must hold ourselves accountable, to achieve at the end of each year, reduced gender disparity and increase in numbers of young people taking up careers in aviation.

Forging a positive revolution in the city of Ibadan, empowering small and medium scale businesses to get birthed, grow, thrive and in turn contribute to the growth of the city.
Problems keep mutating; solutions therefore must keep evolving. The fact that a solution doesn't work today does not necessarily mean it did not once work. Unfortunately, here is one of the pits where Nigeria keeps falling. #iyalode #iyalodeibh #iyalodeibadanbusinesshub #temitopeadelakun #ibadanbusinesshub #ibadanbusinessfestival #ibh

Realty King 👑 I help individuals and investors own profitable lands and 100% dry land with all papers complete, no stress, and a smooth transaction. 🙂 Let's get started on your land ownership journey🚶🏽♂️🚶🏽♀️
Most people don't know 😱😱 Do you know language can affect land appreciation and development in Nigeria? Okay let me break it down like this You can buy a land in your village for 500k and in the next 10 years you can only sell it for 600k or even lower price. But, do you know if you buy that same size of land in Lagos, Port Harcourt or Abuja, within the next 10 years you can sell it for 500% return on investment.. Why because of the dynamic nature of Lagos, Port Harcourt or Abuja let me not speak too much English 😂😂 The bottom line is, The more languages you have in a place or area the more potential it as to develop, Because people with different mentalities cultural background, Will always want to compete and this will increase their standard of living over time. And this will cause development in that area. PS: Did you know about this? 🤔 Or it is only me that is not current?😂 Have a blessed week 😍 #LanguageMagic #RealEstateRiddles #DiversityDevelopment #ROIAdventures #TalkTheTalkInvestTheLand

It deeply saddens me when I encounter a Nigerian platform where, during the sign-up process, the only location options available are Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. It's as if the remaining states in the country don't exist. There's much talk about inclusivity and accessibility, yet these values are not reflected in the product. How can we expect better treatment from the western world when we treat our own citizens so poorly? What effort does it take to list all 36 states in a form? Limiting choices to just three states and an "others" option is unfair. Not everyone can afford to live in those cities, nor is it feasible for everyone to reside there. It's imperative to develop products that are inclusive and represent all Nigerians. If we truly believe in "One Nigeria," even something as simple as a form should reflect that unity, rather than perpetuate discrimination. #inclusive #productmanagers #socialequity

We have the best flat land; you can grow anything in the cheapest possible way; turning Nigeria around is not really that difficult. Nigeria is really the best place to invest; it is one of the places to make money; all over the world it (Nigeria) is the best-kept secret actually in terms of investment—Aliko Dangote #duralinformatics #realestate #nigeriaproperties #dualrealty
