In the midst of life's challenges, it's not just okay, but absolutely essential to reach out and ask for help. We are never alone on this journey, and together, we can make a profound difference. 🤝 On this world suicide prevention day, let's make a pledge to check on our family, friends, battle buddies, and brothers and sisters in arms. A simple message can be a lifeline for someone who needs it most. ❤️ Your words and your presence matter. Let's stand together, support one another, and spread the message of hope and resilience. Together, we can create a world where every day is a day of love, understanding, and compassion. Vets2Industry - Providing knowledge, connections, opportunities, and more importantly, HOPE! September is Suicide Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness of suicide and to promote suicide prevention efforts. The 2023 Army Suicide Prevention month theme is “You are the light in somebody’s life,” which nests within the Department of Defense’s theme of “Connect to Protect: Support is within Reach.” We can be the person that recognizes a person at risk and intervene. https://lnkd.in/gqjthVNu
