Like so many others in our industry, I've been hit with the layoff hammer. My time at Tencent Games North America came to an end recently, but it was a great ride that taught me SO much about community management. I've been fortunate to experience some serious growth over the past couple of years that I'm excited to carry into my next adventure. Big thank yous to Anthony Crouts and Eric Cleaver for believing in me, being amazing mentors, and always doing everything possible to put me and our team in positions to succeed. Their support post-layoff has also been hugely appreciated. So, now that I'm a free agent again, I will greatly appreciate any leads on openings that are community or social media management roles, with an emphasis on full remote. I have 10 years experience in the industry handling all things community -- social (strategy and day-to-day management), Discord, forums, data analysis and reporting, feedback, bug reporting, live event support, livestream production, giveaways, engagement events, creating and documenting processes -- you name it.
