Tackling the world’s toughest health challenges as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson
Who do we innovate for? At Digestive Disease Week (#DDW2024), the answer was clear: patients. While in Washington, I met with healthcare professionals and Johnson & Johnson colleagues who are all laser-focused on researching and delivering advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease treatments to help nearly 10 million people worldwide. There was a lot of excitement for the latest clinical data that shows long-lasting, clinical remission may be possible. When looking at clinical data, I always remind myself that every data point is a person. That more human point of reference really brings home how meaningful the data on a poster presentation is. Thank you to patients around the world who take part in clinical trials. You are the true heroes of scientific progress. Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine #JNJImmunology #InflammatoryBowelDisease
