📢 Huge news for Team Flow 📢 For the last 10 months, Flow has been working in partnership with #NorthamptonshireHealthcareNHSFoundationTrust helping people with depression with an alternative treatment option. Today, we are pleased to announce that the results have been published and we are thrilled with the positive outcomes. 📖 Published in the #JournalofDepression, this work has been independently evaluated by Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust (NHFT). In my role as a clinical coordinator of the Interventional Neurology department, I have the opportunity to witness firsthand the struggles of patients dealing with mental illness. It serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of prioritizing our mental health and well-being. It's essential to recognize and appreciate the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon us while building resilience to handle any situation without compromising our peace of mind. It's important to remember that good mental health requires a collective effort from our team and community. Therefore, let's create an environment of support and encouragement, where we uplift each other in our journey towards good mental health. In today's fast-paced world, the younger generation is more susceptible to stress and depression. As parents, it's vital to be approachable and friendly towards our children, creating a safe space where they feel comfortable sharing their feelings and emotions without fear of judgement or criticism. Remember, prioritizing your mental health is just as significant as your career or education.
