The aviation sector in Canada is robust, with numerous aerospace manufacturing companies, maintenance and repair organizations, and aircraft operators spread across the country. Canada is home to several major aerospace manufacturers, and these companies often require skilled aircraft assemblers to work on the assembly lines. Assemblers are involved in the construction and assembly of aircraft components, ensuring that the aircraft's structure and systems are put together correctly and meet the required safety standards. Aircraft inspectors play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft. They conduct thorough inspections, examinations, and tests on aircraft to verify compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications. Their work is essential in identifying and rectifying potential issues before an aircraft is cleared for flight. The Canadian aviation industry places a strong emphasis on safety and quality, which creates a demand for qualified and experienced aircraft assemblers and inspectors. As technology continues to advance, there is also an increasing need for professionals who can work with the latest aviation systems and equipment. Moreover, Canada's strategic location and large geographic size lead to a strong demand for air travel, both for domestic and international purposes. This factor contributes to a steady need for skilled professionals to support the aviation industry. Given the industry's growth and importance to the Canadian economy, there are opportunities for individuals with relevant skills and qualifications to find employment in various parts of the country. If you wish to immigrate to Canada in these categories, then please get in touch with us. Mobile: +91 8225962773 E mail: caninvisa@gmail.com #canadaaviation #canadalife #canadaimmigration

Aviation Executive Recruiter | Human Resources Manager | Onboarding Specialist | DoD Skillbridge Program Manager
Aviation Employment Agreements/Contracts: A Consideration for Low-Time Pilots Seeking Time-Building Opportunities If you are considering working for a small Part 135 operator or a Part 91 operation, you will want to find out approximately how many hours per year you can anticipate before you sign a contract. If you sign a one-year contract and end up flying fewer than 25 hours per month, it could delay your progress and hinder your ability to advance to the next level quickly. 1) Make sure the agreement/contract is pro-rated. If you decide you simply need to move on to obtain more hours, paying out a pro-rated agreement will be less painful. 2) Ask, in advance, if there is an option to be released from the contract if the flying time is low. For instance, if you are flying less than 25 hours per month and they had told you the flying time would be higher, you might be able to negotiate a release if you end up flying less than anticipated. It is best to negotiate this upfront. Explaining that you are at a point in your career where time building is very important to you, is a good way to show you are eager to fly and work hard. (#2 is less likely with a larger operator; oftentimes small operations can make exceptions / be flexible.) #PilotJobs #AviationJobs

Issues in the Aviation Job Recruitment Industry : 1. Scams in the name of Jobs: With an upsurge in the number of middlemen and agents involved, job-seekers are becoming increasingly vulnerable to fraudulent activities. 2. General Aviation Training: There is no job-specific training provided by any so-called Aviation Training Institutes. 3. Job Awareness: Students are not aware of the different kinds of Job opportunities available in the Airport Industry. Most of them only know about Cabin Crew and Ground Staff #AviationJobs #aviationrecruitment #airport #airportindustry #CabinCrew #GroundStaff #groundhandling #scammers #fraud #awareness #training #trainingandplacement
