The board of any organisation has limited goverance levers one is mission clarity. Clear remit. We facilitate three Qs 1.Who are our customers? 2. What needs do they have that we want to fulfil? (Need to choose here) leaving the leadership team to respond to a 3rd Q 3. What doc we do to meet those agreed needs (strategic positioning) Clarity Q1&2 comes before execution Q3
