With June's Number of the Month, we highlight findings from the JCW EU Salary Guide, which states that the average #salary #increase for #risk #management professionals in Europe when changing roles is 10%. For actuarial and underwriting professionals, the increase is estimated at 17%. 💰 💸 Not least due to the rising cost of living, #jobseekers are supposedly looking to significantly improve their salary to consider changing #jobs. 🔁 In consequence, counteroffers are said to be expanded as an effort to encourage #staff to remain in the #business.
