At Nutanix we immensely value the collaboration between teams on our and our partner’s side. We wouldn’t have achieved what we have so far if we had set out alone. Partners have been the underpinnings of shaping the success of Nutanix. Partnerships aren’t all about what we have achieved in the past, it certainly not just about what we see in the present, its so much about our joint future. We had our President and CEO Rajiv Ramaswami address a few partner CEO’s in a roundtable where we laid down the blueprint of what lies ahead of us. Gratitude and New Beginnings:    As they say, all good things must come to an end, I wrapped up a fantastic 5-year journey at cloud networking leader Aviatrix. This has been the most exciting & rewarding phase of my career. Helping create a new market category and seeing Aviatrix flourish from <5M ARR and closing in on magical 100M working with world’s largest brands has been an opportunity of a lifetime. Truly a roller coaster ride packed with learnings, wisdom, & spirit demonstrating what a small group of visionaries can achieve with a customer-first and bias-for-action mindset.    I will forever be grateful to Steve Mullaney, an industry genius in new category creation, and John Jendricks, for his empowering leadership. Their wisdom, entrepreneurial spirit, and determination to realize the vision are unmatched. I was fortunate to work alongside them, both at VMware/Nicira and Aviatrix.    I am also thankful to Aviatrix founder Sherry Wei, from whom I learned immensely about public cloud dynamics. Her unmatched customer focus and pragmatic approach coupled with lightning-fast development times, was nothing short of magical.    Many others supported me in the mission, including talent powerhouse within Aviatrix, board members (especially Devdutt Yellurkar Nick Sturiale Scott Coleman, Ankur Prakash, Shirish Sathaye) & most importantly my talented Solutions Architects black belt team. Together, we broke new ground and created something truly magical. I learned from each of you and will cherish our time together.    With Doug M. as the new leader with a proven track record of scaling tech companies. I am fully confident in #Aviatrix's continued success, especially with the market's growing demand for a secure and unified "hybrid |multi-cloud | edge network infrastructure".    Next Chapter:    Continuing my aspiration to bring simplicity, unification, and standardization to modern cloud infrastructure, I am excited to join Britive CEO/Co-founder Artyom Poghosyan, Co-founder Sameer Hiremath, and their team as V.P of Solutions Engineering and Chief Strategy Officer.    #Britive is a modern Cloud Privilege Access Management (#CPAM) platform, built for cloud enterprises to provide better control and visibility through ephemeral "just in time" (JIT) access for human and non-human identities. Their patented API-based approach brings standardization and simplicity to the Identity layer across all cloud types (#AWS, #Azure, #GCP, #OCI, hybrid/DC, and #edge). Truly a no-brainer solution for both DevOps and compliance/security teams with no compromise to agility cloud promises.    The authentic, customer-driven leadership at Britive and the growing demand for a modern Cloud PAM solution inspired my move. Thanks to Ankur Prakash for guidance and market insights.   I look forward to continuing working with customers, partners, industry analysts, and CSP friends on this innovation path.
