WRONG DESTINATION, TATYANA It would be safer for you with СБУ in Ukraine. The French are largely divided and infiltrated by pro-Russians at all levels of the armed forces and security services. The French officer corps as well as the deep state apparatus as a whole are similar to what they were in the 1930s: while socialism was growing with the Popular Front and the support of the Bolsheviks of the young USSR, French conservatives, particularly officers, were tempted to sympathize with European fascisms, apparently defenders of national values. Today, the French State is in decline due to decades of lowering of sovereign functions, the progressive, sometimes calculated, destruction of all traditional frameworks of authority and education of younger generations. The destruction of the family, of the school, of the 12 months of military service, of the culture and French language itself, has been carefully orchestrated by traditional political elites over the past 50 years. At the same time, our American “great friends” imposed on us the global consumerist culture, under the avatars of diversity culture, Gender ideology, wokism, all falsely progressive, stigmatising cultural communities and sexual preferences, crushing pre-adults' personalities, and annihilating human unique identities. An entire dystopian cultural dictatorship in which America has already lost herself, soon torn between hung-ho fascists and brainless antisemitic comfortable far-leftists.. What remains in France of military and state security cadres, designed to be servile, efficient and not too brilliant, is partly conquered by Russian propaganda promoting the Kremlin as a defender of Western Christian values. Generally not enough educated, opportunistic and servile, do not trust them. Especially if the far left or the far right come to power in France in the weeks to come.

Politicians start wars and negotiate truce, media support them.... but it are the moderate majorities of the populations at both sides of a fence, who afterward have to create peace by non-violent interaction, mutual understanding and empathy, leading to trust. Only this path melts hatred and leads to sustainability, solving a conflict forever. Putin’s Going to China. It’s One of the Few By Erik Larson August 30, 2023 at 2:31 AM GMT+5:30 Russian President Vladimir Putin doesn’t go abroad much these days. To visit any of the 123 countries that are members of the International Criminal Court risks his arrest on warrants for alleged war crimes in Ukraine. While the warrants have limited Putin’s travels, it’s far from certain that he or other senior Russian leaders will be brought to justice under international law. Meanwhile, the ICC is investigating other potential atrocities. For its part, Ukraine put captured Russian soldiers on trial for war crimes within months of the conflict’s start. They are violations of the rules of warfare as set out in various treaties, notably the Geneva Conventions, a series of agreements concluded between 1864 and 1949. War crimes include willful killing, torture, rape, using starvation as a weapon, shooting combatants who have surrendered, deploying banned weapons such as chemical and biological arms, and deliberately attacking civilian targets. The Kremlin has rejected allegations that its troops have committed such transgressions in Ukraine.

As expected, the assault on Ukraine has increased significantly as the winter and cold conditions materialized. The Russian excuse is "retaliation" for the few counterattacks by Ukraine on Russian soil. The real reason is to terrorize the general public of Ukraine and make them freeze. The new law concerning mobilization (of 500.000 men) is a consequence, especially the strict and rigid punishment of anybody trying to evade conscription. Here are the proposals in the draft law set to be adopted January/February 2024 by the Ukraine parliament "Verkhovna Rada": If reservists and individuals subject to military service undermine their military obligations, they will be listed in the Unified Register of Debtors and face sanctions. These proposed restrictions encompass: § Prohibition from leaving Ukraine. § Prohibition from engaging in real estate transactions. § Limitation of the right to operate a vehicle and acquire a driver's license. § Constraints on the use and disposal of funds and assets, as well as the inability to enter into credit and loan agreements. § Suspension of state benefits and services. Furthermore, individuals evading conscription during martial law will face imprisonment for 3 to 5 years. The government also suggests increasing fines for breaches of legislation related to defense, military duty, and mobilization by 16-20 times. Under more "normal" circumstances, one would think, "What is there to wait for? Go defend your country."... But knowing what is going on on the battlefield, with losing around 1000+ soldiers per day, mainly invaders, I cannot think that way. The tragedy grows by the hour. Any idea of rebuilding in the areas near the front is not relevant right now. What is appropriate is to make a difference for the many men who will probably be conscripted after the new law has been approved in the Cabinet of Ministers. Even as Hamas fights from beneath cities and behind human shields, and Egypt blocks refugees’ escape, Israel has a civilian-to-combatant casualty ratio that compares favorably with other urban conflicts. Israel takes extraordinary measures to spare civilians, and it has disciplined and relieved officers for wrongdoing. It now facilitates a humanitarian surge—25,000 aid trucks to date—while Hamas steals aid and attacks distributors. United Nations & International Criminal Court & International Court of Justice (ICJ) The National Police of Ukraine has documented the deaths of 9.7 thousand #Ukrainian civilians as a result of Russia's full-scale invasion, according to Maksym Tsutskiridze, head of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of #Ukraine. According to #Tsutskiridze, almost 7,000 civilians are currently missing, and the damage to Ukrainians' homes and property has exceeded UAH 40 billion. "The police have directly documented the deaths of 9,700 Ukrainians, 11,000 more were injured, and almost 7,000 went missing. All of them are civilians," says the head of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine. Among the victims are 18 thousand children, 522 were killed. Proceedings have been opened against 14,000 Ukrainian children deported by the enemy to Russia and Belarus. At the same time, he notes that the above figures apply only to the territories not occupied by Russian terrorists. "I am even afraid to imagine what is happening under occupation. We do not know the whole truth, we will need to collect testimonies and evidence bit by bit in the future. Houses in #Mariupol were simply razed to the ground by the enemy, and it is not known whether people stayed there. Ukrainians were killed not only by shells but also by soot and suffocation," explains Tsutskiridze. Destruction of infrastructure According to Tsutskiridze, the enemy has damaged and destroyed: ▪ 3.7 thousand educational institutions; ▪ 1.6 thousand hospitals; ▪ almost 9 thousand critical infrastructure facilities; ▪ 185 thousand residential buildings. "In terms of property, both the citizens who lost their homes and our state suffered. As for the direct losses that we have established based on the results of the examinations, Ukrainians have lost their homes and property for more than UAH 40 billion! And I'm talking only about those proceedings that are being investigated by the police and for which there are already economic calculations," says the head of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine. When war is over According to Zelenskyy, no one, not even the commanders, can answer this question yet. "When they say that the war will last for many years, they do not know. These are opinions. Opinions are very often different from reality," the country's leader explained.
