As part of our “She Leads Deep Tech” series, we’d like to introduce Elaheh Ahmadi, co-founder and former COO at Themis AI! 👩💻 ✨ Elaheh is one of our amazing Intel Ignite US cohort 2 alumni, and we sat down with her to learn more about her experience as a startup founder. She places a lot of emphasis on mental health and its importance in running a startup. She says that your mindset and mental health can significantly impact how you run your company and lead your team, which is why it’s important to prioritize this. “Your mental health is critical to the success of the company. If you don’t have that, it can be detrimental sometimes.” Elahah says. She explains that your mental health affects your confidence and self-belief, which are vital to spearheading a startup.
