This makes the welding machine smaller, portable and convenient to use. However, the heat dissipation of the heat pipe is passive heat dissipation, and the heat dissipation effect becomes lower. The power of the laser is limited and will not exceed 1500w. โ Direct coolant Direct cooling is an advanced and efficient cooling way to stabilize the internal temperature. It is active cooling system with no water as medium, making laser stable and reliable to use. It occurs at electrical connections such as switches, connectors, breakers, contacts, and measurement probes. Thanks to ๐๐น๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด technology, this resistance is nearly non-existent. And why is that? Because of the technology itself. So what exactly is ultrasonic welding? Ultrasonic welding is a pressure welding process that uses pressure and friction to create a strong connection with excellent electrical conductivity. And why is there almost no contact resistance you want to know? Let's explain this quickly: the ultrasonic welding process breaks up the oxide layer of the cables and the material of the individual wires connects without fusing. This means that no dirt or other contaminants can get between the wires and affect their electrical conductivity.
