CALL FOR SPEAKERS! We are Disrupt HR NOCO! We are sending you this email for a variety of reasons. First, you may have spoken at one of our events in the past, one of our Board Members has seen you speak or feels you would have some good things to share with our audience group, you were recommended by someone we know or a variety of those things! There is no pressure for you to speak to our group, but we would love you to consider doing so! Here is a little information about Disrupt HR. The concept around Disrupt HR is to share knowledge. The format is unique and fun. We host an evening event - which, for the record, will be Wednesday, October 18, 2023. The event runs from about 2 pm to 5:00 pm approximately. It is a fun evening of networking, sharing ideas, and hearing fun and inspiring presentations! In our last event, we hosted about 140 people, and we are expecting more this year! As a speaker, you get to share something about talent and the workplace with the team. Could you teach us something FUN? But we want you to do it QUICKLY! So, here is the format: To keep it moving the format is the following: 20 slides, which automatically advance forward at 15-second intervals for a total presentation time of 5 minutes - YES, just 5 minutes! That is it. It is harder than it seems but a fun way to present! Check out our previous DHR talks here: https://lnkd.in/gcgE6jKt . Think about it, and if you decide you are interested in putting a presentation together and presenting it to our audience - please fill out this online form, and we will get back to you with potential next steps. We are hoping to have all speaker entries by August 18, 2023. Thank you so much! The NOCO DHR Speaker Team! https://lnkd.in/gJ_DcV3E

Insource v Outsource: Utilise existing resources or engage external experts? Having a number of recent conversations with business leaders who are looking to solve their employee attrition, retention and engagement challenges however are not clear on the best approach to resource. Perhaps it's worthwhile highlighting the benefits of Outsourcing over Insourcing help address the juxtaposition for anyone in a similar position: 1. Expertise: Consultants are typically subject matter experts in their respective fields and use evidenced based methodologies, tools and benchmarking to reduce risk. They bring specialised knowledge, experience and insights to address specific business problems. 2. Speed: Consultants work more effectively to identify and deliver a clear scope of work within an agreed timeframe. Internal employees can be easily distracted given conflicting priorities and responsibilities. 3. Objectivity: Consultants offer an independent and unbiased approach on your business challenges, removed from the company's internal culture, relationships and politics. 4. Scaleability: Consultants can be engaged on a project basis to deliver specific (one-off) or multiple scopes of work using a contingent workforce, allowing for flexibility and scaleability as your business needs change. 5. Cost Control: Costs are often predictable with a clear scope and dependancies defined upfront to accurately budget without long-term commitments associated with hiring and retaining permanent employees. 6. Knowledge Transfer: Consultants can transfer knowledge and best practices during and on completion of a project to internal teams, building in-house capabilities along the way. The decision ultimately depends on the specific nature of your problem, the strategic goals of your organisation, the degrees of risk and urgency and the available budget. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss further or if we can help you and your organisation with any of our services. Selection of managers | International recruitment | Interim Management | Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Good morning everyone. I have written an article about how important trust is for us, seeing it as a key pillar for both personal and professional relationships. When these relationships are based on trust, clarity, and transparency, they tend to be of higher quality and longer-lasting, which is precisely what we aim for our clients.

Talent Retention is one of the biggest goals for every business 💣 It is crucial for companies to retain talented employees to maintain productivity and continuity 😊 Especially in the law firm environment, retaining talent is becoming more challenging 💥 It is natural that lawyers sometimes look away from the industry, but this number is increasing 📈 In Denmark today almost 1 in 3 lawyers have jobs in companies and organizations 🏙 This is why it's really important for law firms to focus and invest on strategies to better attract and retain talent 💪
