Transformation doesn’t need to be scary if you take an ‘adaptive’ approach to it. We think transformation needs to be a single linear journey, but actually should be more fluid with the ability to pivot as the world changes around you. Check out our latest blog on adaptive transformations. #nextgenprocurement
Read Blog > https://lnkd.in/g5PCihBc “The adaptive approach seeks to ensure that instead of designing a fundamentally different model and embarking on a tortuous journey to get there, smaller, simpler and more flexible changes are adopted. They ensure you’re almost always in the right place, and you are never heading in the wrong direction. It applies extremely well to people and organisation structures within procurement.” In our second NextGen #procurement blog on being an adaptive procurement organisation, Infosys Portland Director John Hatton, FCIPS discusses this approach for achieving transformative change. It is gradual, it constantly seeks validation from the environment and it pivots at the right moment to reach the right destination.
