RICS/HSLU WEBINAR (JULY 3RD): UNLOCKING THE INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF BROWNFIELD PROPERTIES Sustainability has a strong impact on real estate markets and on portfolio allocations of institutional investors who are facing major challenges with their existing properties in terms of transforming them into sustainable assets and consequently to avoid stranded assets.     Driven by challenging regulatory frameworks and growing pressure from appraisers, a disruptive development away from “green premiums” towards “brown discounts”, a devaluation for properties that do not meet relevant sustainability requirements, is likely.     In this week’s webinar by RICS & Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Reimer Siegert, Head Real Estate Investment, and Irma Kessler, Consultant Real Estate Investment & Business Development, will shed light on transformative strategies and discuss the challenges and opportunities of sustainable redevelopments, based on Implenia’s own case studies. The presented results will also be summarized in the July edition of Schweizer Immobilienbrief and IMMOBILIEN Business magazine.    We are looking forward to the exchange of experiences and your participation:    📅 July 3, 2024  🕕 13:00-14:30    Please register at: https://lnkd.in/dGHRdAcy    Learn about our expertise in Real Estate Investment: https://bit.ly/3VPVpCz    Adrian Wyss, Marc Lyon MRICS, Marc Ruppli, Armin Hafner, CAIA, Carl-Friedrich Hezel, CREA®, Christina Klass, Michael Hintzen, Stephan Meierhofer, Prof. Dr. Michael Truebestein FRICS  #Implenia #SustainableRealEstate #Repositionings #RealEstateInvestment #InvestmentPotential #ESG #Strategies #Sustainability #Brownfield #Transformation #RICS #HSLU #RICS20240701
