Back in 🇮🇱 from an epic RSA where we wrapped up AWS Startups & CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Accelerator with a memorable Demo Day featuring 8 finalists from #Wave1 which was comprised of 23 of the most innovative Cyber startups in the world backed by the best VCs in the industry Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, Insight Partners, YL Ventures, SYN Ventures, Entrée Capital, TLV Partners & many more. The journey from ideation to this closing Startup Nest event has been nothing short of remarkable. Since the inception, we set a very high-bar for ourselves for this Accelerator. We envisioned having the most sought-after GTM program for early-stage Cyber startups in the world. Resiliency is not an empty word, Israel showed yesterday night how an “overnight” - 10+ years in the making - resiliency looks like when you invest in innovation and in life over terror and death. The people of Israel and the State of Israel are as resilient as one can get, we chose to invest in protecting our people with science-fiction air defense technology from never-ending threats from the worst possible enemies one can have (Iran and its proxies). And Israel showed what’s the path to protect liberal values of freedom, life and innovation. Invest in innovation, understand your threats and be ready for a doomsday with a strong people, army and moral values, and you will prevail. Israel is here to stay, and will prevail in spite of the threats we face from our enemies whose only accomplishment over the past decades have been to destroy its societies and threat the west with terror. I’m proud Israel showed that GOOD will always win over EVIL.  Am Israel chai 🇮🇱!

Yesterday was one of those personal highlights since embarking into the fascinating Cybersecurity world. I had the privileged to host George Kurtz, co-founder & CEO of CrowdStrike. Just to put things in perspective since it's IPO in 2019, CrowdStrike has grown x11 in market cap today trading at +$75B after closing a record fiscal year with $3.44B ARR. George Kurtz joined us our AWS/Crowdstrike Cybersecurity Startups for a candid and open conversation sharing invaluable lessons learnt throughout his journey at the forefront of the Cyber market. He talked about hiring world-class talent, defining and communicating a crisp value proposition, pursuing a bold-vision to displace incumbents (innovator's dilemma), the evolution of the cybersecurity market & how to be obsessed over customers while being competitor-aware and many more insightful nuggets. He also talked about the multiplier effect for Security vendors of effectively partnering up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) on GTM. CrowdStrike recently crossed +$1B transaction in TCV through AWS Marketplace 🤯 !!! I hope I’m wrong, but we will look back in history and point at this hearing to explain when was the beginning of the end of western civilization protecting Jewry in XXI Century. It’s a disgrace that the so called elite educational institutions are being complicit of apology to terrorism, especifically Jewish Genocide. This would be unimaginable for any other minority group in campus. But clearly the money flowing from “unknown” forces (who want to exterminate Jews as in Oct. 7th) is corrupting MIT, Harvard, UPenn to the extend that they won’t stop those who call for the annihilation of Jews. Shame on you. You have been entrusted with the higher education of our brightest young women and men, and you’ve chosen to foster antisemitism and look aside when Jews are being harassed. First, we need to get these ladies out of their office either by resignation or through legal means. Second, we need to work together to rebuild western value of freedom and democracy and eradicate any rascist hatred from our society.
