The best thing about being employed at iTIC Incubator at IITH is you get to interact with the Japanese people on regular basis. Here are few valuable lessons I've learned from my interactions with them: • Kaizen Philosophy: Work for 25 mins then take 5 mins break and after 2 hours take a 30 min break this will eventually increase your productivity. • Attention to Detail: Japanese culture places great importance on precision and meticulousness. Whether in business practices, craftsmanship, or everyday tasks, their commitment to detail ensures high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. • Respectful Communication: Japanese communication is characterized by politeness, humility, and attentiveness.
